Your photography experience should feel exciting, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable, and not stressful or overly posed.
From the moment you book with Creative Capture Photography, LLC, my goal is to make the process simple, comfortable, and fun while creating beautiful, soulful images you'll truly love.
Before your session, I’ll help guide you through planning details like location ideas, outfit inspiration, and session preparation so you feel confident and ready.
During your session, don’t worry about knowing how to pose. I’ll provide gentle direction, natural prompts, movement, and candid guidance to help capture authentic connection, personality, emotion, and genuine moments. Whether it’s joyful family chaos, quiet portraits, playful couples, or meaningful milestones, I work to create an environment where you can relax, be yourself, and enjoy the experience.
My approach combines a balance of guided posing and natural storytelling to create images that feel vibrant, emotional, soulful, and true to you.
After your session, your images are carefully reviewed and professionally edited with attention to detail while maintaining natural beauty and authentic color. You’ll receive your gallery through an easy-to-use online delivery system where you can view, download, share, and order prints.
Most importantly, I want you to walk away with more than just beautiful photos. I want you to leave with an experience that felt memorable, comfortable, and worth celebrating.

What add-ons or extras can I include?
We offer flexible add-ons to customize your experience:
• Additional Edited Images – $15 each
• Rush Delivery – $50
• Extra Time – $100 per 30 minutes
• Travel Fee – $0.60/mile (outside 20-mile radius)
• Photo Albums or Prints
What is the retainer for and is it refundable?
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The retainer secures your booking and compensates the Photographer for turning down other opportunities. It is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total service fee. The remaining balance is due by the session date.
How do I pay and what happens if I pay late?
You’ll receive an invoice upon agreement. Payment must be made by the due date or a late fee of 10% per month may apply.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes— Rescheduling is subject to availability. Retainers are non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.
• Minimum Notice: 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
• Cancellation: No refund will be issued for any payments already made.
• Rescheduling: Photographer will try to accommodate; otherwise, it’s considered a cancellation.
Late Arrival: Will reduce your session time with no refund for lost time.
Who owns the photos?
Creative Capture Photography retains full ownership of all images. However, you are granted a limited license for personal use, including:
Can the Photographer use my images for their portfolio or promotions?
Yes. By signing the agreement, you grant the Photographer the right to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes, including on their website and social media.
Will the Photographer edit the photos?
Yes. The Photographer will produce work in line with their current portfolio and artistic style. Artistic judgment regarding editing and presentation is at the Photographer’s discretion.
What happens if something beyond control prevents the session (e.g., illness, natural disaster)?
This is considered a Force Majeure Event. Services will be rescheduled, or the agreement may be terminated with a refund (excluding the retainer) if the issue persists over 60 days.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
• Obtain necessary permissions for venue or individuals being photographed.
• Cover travel and additional necessary expenses outside 20 mile radius - Port Orchard, WA .
• Be on time for sessions.
What is the Photographer responsible for?
• Providing all photography equipment.
• Delivering services safely, professionally, and in accordance with the agreement.
• Managing their team (if applicable) to follow safety and venue protocols.
How soon will I receive my images?
Turnaround time varies by session, but typically you'll receive your gallery within 2–3 weeks. Rush delivery is available for $50.
